Cahill represented Jefferies Finance LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and KKR Capital Markets LLC as lead arrangers and Jefferies Finance LLC as administrative agent and collateral agent for the First Lien facilities in connection with a $930,000,000 Term B credit facility, $75,000,000 revolving credit facility and $75,000,000 Term B delayed draw credit facility for Mitchell International, Inc., a technology services company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to pay a dividend, to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
