Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock of IQVIA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IQV), priced at $124.25 per share and resulted in gross proceeds of $742,320,000 to the selling stockholders. IQVIA repurchased 2,000,000 shares from the underwriter. IQVIA is not offering any stock in this transaction and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders in the offering.
