Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2,300,000,000 first lien Term B credit facility and a $275,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility for The Ultimate Software Group, Inc., a technology company that develops and sells UltiPro, a cloud-based human capital management solution for businesses. Proceeds from the facilities were used to finance the acquisition of The Ultimate Software Group, Inc. by a consortium led by Hellman & Friedman, a leading private equity investment firm, to pay related transaction expenses and for general corporate purposes.
