Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2030 and a €290,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.625% senior notes due 2029 by Graphic Packaging International, LLC. Proceeds from the offering were used for a refinancing. Graphic Packaging International, LLC is a leading provider of paper-based packaging solutions for a wide variety of products to food, beverage, foodservice, and other consumer product companies.
