Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $600 Million Credit Facilities for Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $350,000,000 bridge credit facility and a $250,000,000 revolving credit facility for Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC. Proceeds from the bridge credit facility will be used in connection with an acquisition, and proceeds from the revolving credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC owns and acquires high-quality transportation equipment and infrastructure assets.
