Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing amendment establishing a $1,681,768,173.13 term B credit facility for Avolon TLB Borrower 1 (US) LLC and Avolon TLB Borrower 1 (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for refinancing existing credit and for general corporate purposes.
