Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $700,000,000 term A credit facility and $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for Resorts World Las Vegas LLC, a casino and resort on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness, for general corporate purposes and for working capital needs.
