Cahill represented PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, and the lead arrangers in connection with a $75,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $65,000,000 term A credit facility for Hallador Energy Company. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
