Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $733,400,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior notes due 2031 by Viasat, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance outstanding bridge loans made to Viasat in connection with its acquisition of Inmarsat.
