Cahill Represents Debt Financing Sources in concurrent Cumulus Media’s Concurrent Exchange Offer, Consent Solicitation, and Term Loan Exchange

Cahill represented the dealer manager and solicitation agent in connection with Cumulus Media New Holdings Inc.’s exchange offer and consent solicitation to exchange any and all outstanding 6.750% senior secured first lien notes due 2026 for a new issuance of 8.000% senior secured first lien notes due 2029.
Cahill also represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with Cumulus Media’s term loan exchange offer to exchange any and all outstanding term loans for a new term loan credit facility.
