Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with an extension and increase to the existing $325 million asset-based revolving credit facilities for Ardent Health Partners, Inc. and AHS East Texas Health System, LLC.
Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes.
